Spinnaker has launched a unique collaboration capsule collection in aid of, and in conjunction with, the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) for the second year in a row.
The Marine Conservation Society is a UK based charity dedicated to education, advocacy and action to protect the ocean. The MCS Capsule collection comprises of three unique timepieces from the brand’s best-selling collections; Spence 300, Hass and Cahill 300.
Each model features an original illustration from the MCS inspired by the diversity and beauty of the ocean’s marine life, including the turtle, the whale, and the giant squid. A portion of the proceeds from every timepiece will be donated to the MCS.
This year, Spinnaker has also worked with Rachel Brooks, an internationally acclaimed wildlife artist and scientific illustrator, who has given her own unique spin to the marine life illustrations. Brooks’ work has been featured in various publications and exhibitions around the world, and her passion for conservation and environmental issues made her the perfect collaborator for this project.
Each watch packaging comes with a limited-edition print of Brooks’ beautiful interpretation of the turtle, the whale and the giant squid.

Spinnaker Hass Automatic MCS Limited Edition SP-5123
The first of the three in the MCS Capsule Limited Edition collection; the Spinnaker Hass Automatic MCS Limited Edition, features an MCS-original illustration of the green turtle on its dial.
The Hass is 300m water resistant. This diving watch comes with a solid stainless-steel case, topped with a dual register countdown and time elapsed timer bezel.
With a scratch resistant sapphire lens, it displays the detailed carefully finished green and cream dial featuring a marine turtle. The index, hands and the turtle illustration on the dial are coated with generous layers of Swiss Super-Lumi Nova for better visibility in lower light conditions.
A Japanese Automatic, TMI NH35 Automatic movement with a custom ‘roulette’ style date wheel provides an enduring, robust timekeeping engine for the Hass.
The Hass comes with a choice of solid stainless-steel bracelet or a rPet (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) nylon Nato strap that is fabricated from recycled discarded plastic. The packaging is crafted out of recyclable, bio-degradable card printed out of non-toxic dyes.

The second of the three in the MCS Capsule Limited Edition collection; the Spinnaker Spence 300 Automatic MCS Limited Edition diving watch features an MCS-original illustration of the blue whale on its dial.
This slim diving watch in stainless steel is water-resistant up to 300 meters. With multiple applications of Swiss Super-LumiNova pigment, the easy to read, clear cut indexes blaze in tandem with the hands in low visibility conditions.
