@Suddenlink Tried to get WiFi installed on Tuesday, got cancelled on me. Customer Service claimed to have moved it to today from 1-5pm, have not heard a word or gotten any notification from you guys. It’s like you guys do not want business. #FedUp

@optimum has been off/on with disconnects consistently for weeks now. Their contractor came to test the network, of course it was fine while they were here AGAIN. 10 minutes after leaving, it disconnects again. Same old SUDDENLINK
